Arrival Times
As a courtesy to all, client treatments are completed on schedule. Please plan your time carefully. To relax, prepare you for your treatment and complete forms to customise your treatment clients are requested to arrive 10-15 mins prior to treatment time.

$10 service fee will be charged.

Referral friend gift Vouchers
Cannot be used on Saturdays, Sundays or on Public holidays. Not valid with any other offer, promotional discounts. Referral friend gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged/redeemed against cash.
Refund and Returns Policy
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable; the balance of any gift voucher cannot be made available as cash.
Confirmation of Booking
At least 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be sent an sms to your mobile phone number. We will assume that you are confirmed for your appointment unless you notify us to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations
A credit card number is required to secure all Bookings. In the event of a
no-show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours notices a 50% fee to your credit card will apply.
